Aglow

Sometimes a still life takes hours of work to set up, but sometimes within that period, magic happens.  The glowing roses and sunflowers against the very dark background...well, I just had to attempt to capture that light.  In typical watercolor fashion, I painted the lightest colors first.   When the flowers were complete, I added the backgound, added layers of color until I was content.
