Lead the Way

Everyone feels safe when there is an uncontested leader of the group. Most of us would rather not BE the leader. It's easier to follow. We all take turns in situations where we have the skills and need to lead. We know what a hard job it is. My best wishes are with all of those in leadership, as they do their best.
