Bag of Grannys

I often like to challenge myself to learn more of what I don't know. In this still life, I wanted to capture the intricate lighting and shadows of the produce bag holding the apples. While challenging at the time, I loved capturing the nuanced color within the bag as well as the varying lighting qualities (sharp light/dark versus smoother transitions) in different portions of the bag. This is one of a series of works representing produce in bags.
