 | Over the last 15 years Garin has been working primarily in the "Public Art Realm" as a Muralist creating large scale commissioned works for municipalities in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. |
| His murals are in the great traditions of Brangwyn, Cornwell and WPA era muralists of the mid 20th century. Garin's fine art work is powerfully original. With much admiration for the Masters like Sargent, Sorolla, Repin, Kromskoi and countless others, Garin's work is extremely contemporary.
