| Dear ARC For your information, Sarah Katie Li, winner of a Certificate of Merit in the 2011 Portrait of Canada Competition is a third year student at the Angel Academy of Art. She is 17 years old and finishing her high school education while going to Angel full time. We are very grateful to ARC for providing information on traditional art ateliers teaching classical art techniques which lead us to Angel Academy of Art in Florence, Italy.
