22nd Annual ARC Scholarship Winners Announced

The ARC Scholarship Fund has awarded $31,000 in direct scholarships to aid students at ARC Approved™ art academy and atelier schools. This year our top prize, The Brian Yoder Memorial Scholarship Award, has been awarded to 18 year old Elena Poltavskaya, studying at the Florence Classical Art Academy.
