ARC Associate Living Master Elizabeth Barden is a finalist in the The Lester Prize competition.
The Lester Prize focuses on portraiture and all of humanity's traits. Capturing what it means to be ‘them’, to be ‘me’ and to be ‘us’, the works selected are intended to allow viewers to relate by seeing characteristics of themselves reflected back at them. With the history of this ancient artform behind it, The Lester Prize looks out while welcoming the world in.
The exhibition runs from October 16 - November 29, 2021 at the Art Gallery of Western Australia, William St., Northbridge WA 6003, Australia.
