ARC Award Ceremony Mourning the Loss of Jose Manuel Infiesta

On the morning of the crowning event of the 15th ARC Salon Competition, the Official Award Ceremony and Grand Opening at the Museum of European Modern Art (MEAM), it was with shock and great sadness that Jose Manuel Infiesta, the Director and Founder of the MEAM, passed away suddenly, just hours prior to the event on October 8, 2021.
As per Jose Infiesta’s wishes, the opening and joint award ceremony of ARC and Figurativas took place as planned. Artists were present from all over the world to both celebrate another achievement of the Representational Art Movement but also to mourn the loss of one of its leaders and visionaries.
