The youngest of the Alcosebas, the name is practically a byword in Cebu art. I was born on June 26, 1983 in Cebu City, Philippines. comes from a family of artist,A name that's practically synonymous to art on the island of Cebu.

He paints mostly with a realist vein. He is most known by his water works that are quite plainly surreal at times.

He is an art Petron hall of famer having been a two time grand awardee of the Art Petron Painting competition. He is also the grand prize winner under the watercolor category of Metrobank Arts and design composition. These 2 are Philippine’s most prestigious art competitions.
Ours is a family of eight with my mother Girlie Alcoseba, father Tony Alcoseba, me and my younger brothers and sisters. The schooling years of my life were toughest. I graduated Bachelor of Science in computer engineer were I also do my art as a sideline and in paying my tuition fees as well, I was never before interested in art but as time goes by I didn't even knew that someday I'd become an artist.
I was an average student throughout my academic and technical life. However, it didn't serve any purpose in motivating me to take up art seriously. I just enjoyed understanding the concepts more than just memorizing Ready Made paintings.
