Nelson Shanks was a world-renowned painter, art historian, art teacher, connoisseur and collector, and founder of Studio Incamminati. His work has been exhibited in many museum and galleries around the world and has had portraits commissioned by Princess Diana, Ronald Regan, Lady Margaret Thatcher, Pope John Paul II, and Bill Clinton.

Weisberg is a world expert in French Naturalism and a writer, lecturer, and scholar. He is the author of Against the Modern: Dagnon-Bouveret and the Transformation of the Academic Tradtion, and a contributing writer to ARC. His research and work on Jules Breton, Jules Adler, Albert Besnard, Jean-Charles Cazin and Theodule Ribot, have helped reestablish an awareness and appreciation of the entire 19th century.

Paul W. McCormack was born in Rahway, New Jersey in 1962. He received his formal art training at DuCret School of the Arts where he later became a faculty member. Sharing his knowledge on the fine art of portraiture, he has also served on the faculties of the New Jersey Center for the Visual Arts, the Center for Contemporary Art, and the Newark Museum. He has also conducted workshops at various institutions, including the Andreeva Portrait Academy, and the Bay Area Classical Arts Atelier. He is now currently teaching classes and workshops in his private studio located in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. Paul has enjoyed a successful portrait career for over 30 years with a long affiliation with Portraits Inc. in NYC. Now returning to more personal works he is currently represented by Cavalier Galleries in Greenwich, CT. His paintings and articles on portraiture have been published in numerous national and international publications and books. His paintings have appeared on 2 covers of the Artist's Magazine, first in 1998 where he won First Place in the Portrait Category in their annual competition. Throughout the years he has been the recipient of many awards, including the "Gold Medal of Honor" from the Allied Artists of America 101st Annual Exhibition, and the "Silver Medal Award" from the Oil Painters of America 21^st National Juried Exhibition.

He has given lectures and speeches at prominent venues including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Sotheby’s NY, The Dahesh Museum, NY, the Berkshire Museum, MA, The Wadsworth Athenaeum, CT, the MEAM Museum, Barcelona, as well as university campuses among other venues. Ross is also a well-known collector of 19th Century European painting and of Contemporary Realism, being published in numerous magazine and newspaper articles including Forbes Magazine and Fine Art Connoisseur among others. Ross has also been a frequent Juror in numerous competitions and is an ARC Salon and ARC Scholarship judge.
