After growing up in rural Nebraska, I studied visual arts at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln for two years before moving to Seattle, WA. I graduated summa cum laude from Cornish College of the Arts, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, and decided that I wanted to pursue an education in classical drawing. After studying at the Academy of Classical Design for four years under the direction of D. Jeffrey Mims, I have been living in North Carolina and working to create a series of drawings and paintings. My work has been exhibited at Salmagundi Club in New York, NY.
