‏Arezou Nikahd was born on February 11, 1979 in Tehran. She was so passionate about art, especially painting from childhood, thus, she stepped in this path with her mother’s supports.
‏In 1998, after graduation from high school, she was admitted at Art University of Tehran in painting. At the same time, she began work activities as a painting teacher in Tehran ‘s schools.
‏ Academic education based on Modern Painting in university was not personally adequate for her and for this reason, in 2000, she attended in Master Iman Maleki’s courses in order to learn classic and realistic painting.
‏Because of her interest to teach painting to children, she has founded Daricheh Art Institute in 2007 as the children art Institute.
‏She has participated in several competitions  inside and outside the Iran from 2002 to 2019.
 
‏The artworks, "Expectation" and "Anxious" have been selected in Mod Portrait competition in 2013 and 2016.
‏In 2017 her artwork "Sunset" has been featured on the cover of the "Leonardo" book.
‏In 2019 her artwork "Turbulence" got the "Purchase Award" in the Art Renewal Center competition.
