Jennifer Sims is a contemporary realist working in oils, graphite, pastels, charcoal and clay. Her studio, Stuart Street Atelier, is located in The Plains, VA., where Jennifer teaches painting, drawing and sculpture. Since leaving her first career and dedicating herself to her passion, Jennifer has studied painting and drawing with Michael Davis, Hollis Dunlap, Susan Gallagher ONeill, Booth Malone and Robert Liberace among others; she has studied sculpting with Kathleen Friedenberg and Goksin Carey. Her work has been shown at The Lyme Art Association and Slater Museum in CT and at the Art League in Alexandria VA, where she won an award for best in show.
