ANGELA TROTTA THOMAS
Angela is a graduate of the famed "Get your Master's from the Masters" program at Marywood University/ Pratt Institute.
She works in many different genres to include Lionel Trains iconic memories, interiors, figurative art and Charleston, South Carolina Historical scenes. Angela is the only artist to have ever been licensed by the iconic toymaker, Lionel Trains LLC. She has held this honor for 30 years. She has spent a good majority of that time documenting Lionel's Iconic History.
Her work has been features on covers of numerous national magazines and exhibited in the Smithsonian and Everhart Museums.
Angela's work is represented by Reinert Fine Art in Charleston SC. Her beautifully detailed interior painting are featured at the gallery.
Many of Angela's paintings hang in both private and corporate collections to include singer, Neil Young, Lionel Trains owner, Richard Kughn, LA Times owner, Otis Chandler, as well as Lionel Trains headquarters, MBNA Bank, Chrysler, and Arrow Fastener Corporation.
