Tereza Barnard

 Tereza Barnard (b. 1984) is a portrait and figurative artist based in Oxford, UK, who's realist paintings strive to bring the psyche of the sitter closer to the audience. The honest and raw portrayals of her sitters are achieved by layering delicate brush strokes and paying attention to subtle nuances in her sitters' expressions and body language.

She paints predominantly in oil on aluminium boards and continues to improve her techniques by attending courses by Shana Levenson, David Kassan and Florence Academy of Art.
