Castiglione: Lost Genius

 | This exhibit features 90 of the finest examples of drawings, etchings, and monotypes of the master Genoese draftsman, painter, and printmaker Giovanni Benedetto Castiglione. A forgotten master from the Italian baroque, Castiglione was a self-proclaimed genius, whose artworks entered the Royal Collection in 1762. The exhibition is being held at the Denver Art Museum - 100 W 14th Ave Pkwy, Denver, CO 80204 from August 9 - November 8, 2015. |
