黄镇煌，南开大学文学院艺术设计系讲师、天津美术家协会会员、天津美术家协会钢笔画艺委会副秘书长、中国钢笔画联盟理事。作品参加过英国、美国、西班牙及国内大展 10 余次。获得过“庆祝建国 70 周年中国新钢笔画优秀作品展”金奖、银奖，“首届新钢笔网络展览”银奖，“第二届‘城市’主题国际绘画大奖赛”第三名等
各类奖项 20 余项。举办个人画展 2 次，曾被《hello 天津》国际频道、天津
科教频道《潮天津》栏目专访报道。
