My work….Everything is love As a young person I was already fascinated by compelling stories in books and films, I had a vivid imagination, was a dreamer and loved myths and fairy tales. For each of us, life sometimes brings good and sometimes less pleasant memories. They make you who you are and where you are now. The same with me. The paintings tell something about my world and my experiences. I would like to take the viewer into this. Moving and mystical stories about me, about you, from all times, with love as the common thread. The Love for yourself and others, loyalty, strength, growth and trust. Special, and especially strong women often play a prominent role in my paintings..I am a big fan of Rembrandt and John William Waterhouse, among others. (pre Raphaelite painters). Inspired by their work, I gave it my own   twist, and painted figurative works of the goddess Athena, Kalypso, Orion, Narcissus and Cleopatra for an exhibition in the winter of 2021 at Galerie Bonnard in the Netherlands. Not all my paintings are inspired by these old masters, but always about the connection within, your inner strength. My paintings are made in oils on dibond or linen.
