Tim Kelly (b.1964) Baltimore, MD. BA from Maryland Institute, College of Art, 1992. For the past 15 years, primarily a plein air painter, with occasional portraits, studio work and still life in the recent ouevre. Member of Mid Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association and International Portrait Society.
