Otto left school at sixteed and worked as an illustrator mainly using the airbrush,now at 74 and retired he has been able to concentrate on painting.
Otto has been a finalist in most of Australia's major art competitions,he has won first prize in five, several second and third prizes in the last six years.His interest in sculpture has resulted in two first and two second prizes for sculpture.
Recently he has entered and been a finalist in several interstate competitions including the Heysen in SA. the Glover in TAS. and theMinawarra in WA.
