Nuril Bhosale

My name is Nuril Prabhat Bhosale. I am an artist born in Rahuri a small town in Maharashtra, India. My inclination for drawing became apparent to the people around me. My parents and school teachers acknowledged my sketches and their appreciation encouraged that innate desire to pursue art as my career. After schooling I took admission in Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya (art college)for a government diploma in drawing and painting a five year course. The shining milestone was GD art with merit. I realised my interest is in teaching so I took admission in the most prestigious Institute Sir. J.J. School of Art, Mumbai for teacher training. Since then I have been relentlessly sketching and painting with all devotion and dedication. This has built up my creativity on a solid foundation rooted in perfection of drawing.

As principal of Pragat Kala Mahavidyalaya, teaching and organising various art workshops for my students I try to teach them the importance of drawing. Impressing upon them the importance of drawing is one of my main goals.
