Maurice Carmeli

I was born in Brooklyn, New York and have lived most of my life in California. I began learning to draw and paint from a young age. I feel most of my real training began as an adult. First in the scenic/pictorial trade. Later with incredible teachers and painters skilled in representational painting.

Most of my professional work has been commissions and I now concentrate on still life, figurative work, and landscape.
