Maryna is a Ukrainian born Canadian artist.
She works in representational realism, mostly figure and a portraiture.
Her inspiration comes from many sources, the beauty and the courage of the human spirit in every day life and in music and literature, and the multitude of wonders existing and constantly presented to us in this journey called life.
She loves to paint portraits but also feels strongly about empowering women through depicting them in her art.
Oil paint is her favorite medium, as well as the charcoal, red chalk and soft pastels.
She is now lives in Toronto, Ontario.
