Justin Kunz

Justin Kunz is a figurative painter and professor at Brigham Young University, with an MFA in Painting from Laguna College of Art and Design and more than twenty-two years' experience as a professional artist. His work has received numerous awards and recognitions in the Oil Painters of America National and Regional Exhibitions, Art Renewal International ARC Salon Exhibition, Portrait Society of America, Springville Museum of Art, American Illustration, Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints International Art Competition. His principal interest is portraying great stories and figures from history, literature, scripture, and imaginative subjects, with emphasis on naturalistic representation of the human form, landscape, animals, and more.
