Ehsan Maleki

Ehsan Maleki was born in 1978 in the city of Esfahan where he went to the school Of Fine Arts and graduated in the field of realistic painting in 1995. Upon graduation he started showing his works first in local galleries and then in Tehran and other cities in the country. Alongside painting he did illustraion for books and magezines as well as painting large Cinema front posters in the late 1990s. After years of teaching painting and drawing in art schools and art institutes, in 2012 he established his won studio in central Tehran where he holds regular classes and workshops and he also works with many art teachers and would-be professionals in the field. He is currently represented by Artibition Gallery In Tehran, and his last show was in Niyavaran farhangsara in which he displayed 40 oil paintings, mainly Tehran cityscapes and some figurative works depicting people in the urban settings.
