Contemporary realist Del-Bourree Bach has been a full-time working professional artist for over 40 years. His paintings are included in private and public collections worldwide abd have won over 300 awards in international, national and regional exhibitions. Primarily a studio painter, most of his work is acrylic on panel, although he does occasionally enjoy transperent watercolor. He is a master, fellow, signature or artist member of many organizations, including Artists for Conservation, American Society of Marine Artists, National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society (Master) Salmagundi Club New York (member since 1979), Copley Society Boston (Copley Master), American ArtistProfessional League (Fellow). His work ia represented by galleries throughout the country.

Prinaily self taught, he does not foloow any particular school or style of painting. His unique style has developed over time through observation, study and hard work. He enjoys painting many subjects , but his inspiration has always been the beauty and power of nature and our fragile relationship with it. Many, but certainly not all,deal with the sea and the life in and around it,as he has is particularly drawn to its magic and the creatures that inhabit coastal areas. His paintings invite viewers into them and challenge them to creat their own stories and impressions.
