Brad Marshall

United States

I was born in New York City in 1955. At three, my family moved to Miami, Florida where I was raised and schooled. After completing my degree in Psychology at the University of Florida, I decided to try my hand at my first love Art, and moved to California to attend art school at the Academy of Art. Between 1980 and 1987, I went back and forth between Los Angeles and New York freelancing as an illustrator for various advertisers and publications. Then in 1987, in New York I found a job as a billboard artist, painting signs all over the city for the next dozen years.

In 2000, I left my job to pursue painting landscapes full time, something I had done in my spare time up until then. I was fortunate to have the Fischbach Gallery in New York represent me for over 15 years.

My work is included in private and major corporate collections and is in the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers, NY.
