For the last 31 years I have been working as a visual effects artist in the film and television industry - primarily as a matte painter. For most of that time I have been working exclusively in the digital realm and gave up working with traditional media. A few years ago I got back into painting by embarking on a series of acrylic paintings that mostly depict scenes from the ancient city of Constantinople.
