Roderick Morgan

Born in Cardiff, Wales, Roderick Morgan received his art education at the Alberta College of Art and Design and at The Art Students' League in New York. He credits the grounding in artistic anatomy he received as a student of Robert Beverly Hale with helping him achieve his aim of creating inventive yet naturalistic figurative images.
Morgan was a full time art instructor for thirty years as well as a scientific illustrator. His sculptures have been exhibited internationally. He has two grown children: a son, who is a computer animator in the film industry, and a daughter, who is a sculptor. He lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. <roderickmorgan.com>
