I am in receipt of your letter and am very sorry you and your party did not get time to see all the pictures on Saturday.

I will bear in mind what you say for another year and try to arrange the show from 2 to 5.

I don't quite appreciate your use of the word "vexed", I suppose you mean disappointed.
